[Resolved] Timtara / Samsung Galaxy S Duos — Non Delivery of Product order no[protected] | |||
Dear Sir, It is very painful and astonishing that Timtara is cheating innocent customers like us by trapping us online and be fooling by showing wrong commitments and attractive reviews that the product get delivered within 4-7 days and 21 days time is just at the safest side to protect customer's interest but when I mailed them no one replied till yet in last ten days which is a reason of my worry and nor my product got delivered till yet.I have booked 2 Samsung Galaxy S Duos in 22980/- but the status of the product on the Timtara Site is still showing Awaiting Shipment when I tried to complain about the same to the concerned company I have not received any replies to my so many mails. When I found it fishy I checked the review of the company on internet I was shocked to see that whole web was full of complaint by the consumers about the non delivery of product and payment made 2 months ago three months ago! I am very much concerned and tensed about my hard earn money kindly look into the matter as most urgent and do the needful at the earliest. I am herewith sending the thread of mails sent to them for communication but no replies received till yet, for your kind perusal and necessary action please. You Customer Care Number is keep on ringing whole day but you don't try a bit to at lest pick the call and answer the query of the customer who is getting irritated but who cares for that! It is matter of great concern that we have blocked our 23000/- Rs. to a very bad and unfriendly online partner who don't even find time to reply the queries to their valuable customers which is matter of great concern! I am purchasing Online products form so many years and each company deliver the same within half of the time or if not delivered they give each and every minute detail of the product status of the product's status by which customer feel satisfied and content and it really increase the value of the Online store in the eyes of the customer. but you have beaten all records, neither you show the status nor send the product it showing awaiting shipment from last 6-7 days! I am unable to understand that I have applied any product from Europe or America! Kindly look into the matter as most urgent and inform me the real status of the product or deliver it quickly at the earliest as I am totally fed up with the non-sense service of your portal who don't treat and recognize customer's query who are the real treasure of any service industry. Please delver my product within next 24 hrs or send me the current status. waiting for an early and positive reply.
