I am filing this complaint against M Pokket Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. for continuous harassment and unethical recovery practices by their loan recovery agents.
I have been receiving repeated and harassing calls from multiple unknown numbers at very short intervals, causing mental stress, disturbance, and violation of privacy. Despite my willingness to communicate properly regarding my loan account, the recovery team continues to call aggressively and from new numbers every few minutes.
On 8 November 2025, I received calls from the following numbers linked to MPokket’s recovery agents:

This constant calling and harassment violate the Reserve Bank of India’s Fair Practices Code, which prohibits lenders and recovery agents from using intimidation or repeated calls to recover dues. It also breaches my consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I request the concerned authorities to:
1. Direct M Pokket to immediately stop these harassing recovery calls.
2. Investigate and take action against the individuals or agencies involved in such unethical practices.
3. Ensure compensation for the mental agony and stress caused by this repeated harassment.
I have attached screenshots of my call logs as proof of these continuous calls from multiple MPokket recovery numbers.
Kindly take strict action and help ensure that no other consumer faces such harassment.
