Mpokket — Harassment complaint against mphocket unwanted calls

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against MPHocket for repeated and harassing phone calls made to my personal number.

Despite having no association with MPHocket, I have been receiving frequent and distressing calls from their team regarding a loan allegedly taken by an individual named Mukesh Kumar. These calls are:

Unsolicited and without any prior engagement from my side
Harassing in nature, involving threats and aggressive behavior
Misdirected, as I am not a customer of MPHocket and have no connection to the mentioned loan
Mentally disturbing, affecting my peace of mind and well-being
Lacking transparency, as no loan details are disclosed despite repeated requests
This behavior constitutes a serious violation of my privacy and may breach telecom and data protection laws. I request the responsible team to immediately investigate this matter and cease all further communication with me regarding this issue.

If this harassment continues, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), file a complaint with the consumer court, and consider lodging a police complaint for mental harassment and privacy violation.

Please treat this matter with urgency and ensure that appropriate action is taken.
