Dear mPokket Support Team,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent loan disbursements from the mPokket app. I have been facing multiple issues where the loan amount is shown as disbursed in the app, but the actual credited amount is either less or not received at all in my bank account.
Below are the details of the issue: — 🔹 I have an active ₹10, 000 loan limit.
1. On borrowing ₹4, 000, only ₹3, 731 was credited to my account (₹269 deducted as charges).
2. Again, I borrowed another ₹4, 000 – mPokket shows loan disbursed, but no amount was credited to my bank account.
3. I borrowed ₹2, 000 again – only ₹1, 856 was credited (₹144 deducted), but still it shows active loan and EMI due.
4. This is not the first time. Earlier also, I borrowed ₹2, 000 and the amount was not credited, but the app still showed it as an active loan. I assumed it was a technical issue back then and ignored it. — This pattern is highly concerning. I am being charged interest and EMI on amounts I never received, and this is clearly unfair and unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to:
Consumer Court / RBI Ombudsman
Public complaint forums
Social media with proper proofs — I Request:
✅ Immediate investigation into the above loan IDs.
✅ Refund or reversal of loans where no amount was credited.
✅ Clear breakup of charges deducted.
✅ Written confirmation from your team regarding resolution. — Please treat this as an urgent official complaint and reply at the earliest.
