I am writing this as a complaint regarding the difficulties I have been facing with my mPokket account. Despite being a regular and valued user in the past, my account was closed, and now I am unable to access your services. I wish to reopen my account and also update my registered bank account details, but the process has not been smooth. Additionally, I have faced repeated issues with communication, as your attempts to reach me were unsuccessful, and I could not connect properly from my side. I also noticed service limitations imposed on my profile due to repayment delays earlier, for which I sincerely regret, but I believe such restrictions are preventing me from continuing as a genuine user. On top of this, the app itself is not functioning properly, and I was asked to uninstall and reinstall the updated version [4.2.3], which adds further inconvenience. Considering all these challenges, I request you to urgently look into my case, reopen my account, update my bank details, and restore full access to services so that I can continue using mPokket without further issues.
