Dear Sir/ Mam,
I would like to inform you that I purchased a Hyundai Aura car (Registration No. HR21R1866) in October 2024. The vehicle has run approximately 20, 000 kms.
Last Friday, while travelling to my hometown, the front left tyre of my car (MRF make) suddenly burst. There were no prior issues with the tyre — not even a single puncture. Immediately after the incident, I visited the Hyundai service centre, where I was advised to file a warranty claim with MRF.
Following their advice, I submitted the tyre along with the claim letter from Hyundai at your authorised dealer, Vijay Tyre House, Hisar. However, I have now received a message stating that the claim has been rejected on the grounds that it is not a manufacturing defect.
I would like to highlight that this was a new tyre, properly maintained, and its sudden burst raises serious safety concerns. As a valued customer of MRF, I request you to kindly reconsider my case and provide a replacement tyre under warranty at the earliest.
I am enclosing the claim form and related documents for your reference Was this information helpful? |
