MRF Tyres — Request for Goodwill Replacement Tyre Damaged Within 200 km of Installation

I recently purchased a set of 4 MRF tyres for my Maruti Brezza from your authorized dealer on 19 May 2025 Unfortunately, within just 200 kilometers of regular city driving, one of the tyres suffered a deep cut due to a sharp object on the road.

However, considering the extremely short usage period and the fact that the tyre was almost brand new, I respectfully request you to consider a goodwill replacement or partial compensation.
