[Resolved]  Msrtc — Refund of Cancelled ticket

I cancelled my online journey ticket, As per message on MSRTC online reservation system my ticket number 34810145. Even after around 7 days from ticket cancellation date I didn't received my refund amount.Please guide how to go about it.

My name is Jyoti and i have booked ticket on 9th April 2019 number 36989326 and the same i have cancelled on 11th April cancellation Voucher Number for the same is 37018953.

I have also called on your technical support team as per them the amount of Rs.709/- has been already credited to my account on the 12th April 2019, but the same has been not reflecting in my bank account statement.

I cancelled my online journey ticket, As per message on MSRTC online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 41458916. even after around 18 days from ticket cancellation date i didn’t received my refund amount. as per message of MSRTC i should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation.
