I ordered Motorola Edge 30 from Flipkart, I received it the next day.
But from the second day the abruptly power offs. I Had to turn it on repeatedly. I approached Flipkart to resolve this issue.The tells me to contact Motorola.Wheras Motorola tells me to contact Flipkart, if the device is brought through it.Now I'm in a very confused state.And this device doesn't support international sims

Since it is a major problem I have to return the product.

Now i got an email and SMS writing

Is is a problem with the supplier / seller or Flipkart handling and shipping team.

Have you ever seen the way the products or handled while shipping from Flipkart warehouses ?

Is it a wise idea to Buying faulty product online ? and not in a position to solve it ? Let the seller take the responsibility of replace or repair the product in a week time by coordinating with Motorola
