This seller was selling an Acer laptop (acer Aspire Core i3 12th Gen - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) A315-59 Notebook (15.6 inch, Pure Silver, 1.7 Kg, With MS Office)) on Flipkart for Rs. 32990 on May 5, 2023. Additionally, I was offered an exchange value of Rs. 10650. The effective price for this laptop was Rs 22440. Many other laptops were available at discounted prices, but I decide to purchase this one. The order ID is OD[protected].
The expected delivery date was May 15. On May 16, I got an email saying that the product is canceled by the seller and a refund is processed. I called Flipkart, and they said that the item is Out of Stock. If your item is out of stock, why didn't you update in the website that very day. Also, why didn't you cancel the order that very day or the next day instead of keeping me waiting for more than 10 days? The sale went on for 3 more days, and had this seller canceled the order immediately, I would have been able to get another laptop at a discounted price.
Because of this product, I have missed out on all the products that I could have bought at discounted prices.
As a resolution, I would like to get this product at the price I was offered initially.
