MTNL Delhi — ADSL Unstable Since 30 Days. Mostly Down For Over 95% of Time | |||
MTNL New Delhi Telephone Number: 25552327. Countless complaints registered via online portal, phone IVR, calling exchange and the concerned Area Manager. Latest complaint Docket No: 615501 for reference. I actually went to their office to shut down their services and seek a re-fund but was informed that I would need to get the device, modem and other accessory to their office along with a written APPLICATION LETTER on a working day and within working hours (if the person is still at his desk or have travelled outside on official work). Until then, we are trapped in the vicious circle of paying monthly bills within time. Do they actually expect me to take a day off just to run across their office desk-to-desk and seek a resolution for the issue that they are responsible for??? Who runs this thing anyways? Who is responsible and accountable for such poor service? and who will resolve this issue or get me my money back with an unconditional apology??? Was this information helpful? | |||
