MTNL Delhi — Bill paid twice but no refund till yet

I made mtnl landline(CA number-[protected]) bill payment on 29 Mar 2015 of Rs.837 via PayTm site([protected]-PaytmMobileSolutionP). Due to some problem, my money got debited from my HDFC Account but still the bill was not paid. I contacted paytm and hdfc bank both, they confirmed that the money has been received by the merchant(MTNL). But still, my Online Account on MTNL Site showed the bill as unpaid. So I again made the payment after 2 days (31st March 2015) with the late fees as Rs 857. So i request you to refund the first payment made by me of Rs 837 on 29th March 2015 as they received the payment twice for the same month.
