[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — Broadband Issue//CPE Faulty

Hi, I am using the MTNL Broadband services along with the fixed land line phone. Docket Number :- 515400 Region:- Inderpuri, New Delhi I have a serious issue with my modem (CPE) which reboots every 2 to 3 min. I have also logged complaints many times but NO ACTION is taken on any complaint and they are closed without any communication, contact or information. The Latest docket number raised is 515400. This is been going on for MONTHS now and i hereby request you to please change the equipment or at least contact me with relevant information. PLEASE help in resolving this ASAP.
