My mtnl telephone no. is 22478380. My broadband connection is 16-17 days old. after 2 days of installation my broadband went down. i am complaining every day since then on a regular basis and the keep saying that because your ADSL is stable but no internet that means the problem is from exchange. I talked to an officer and he said that u have to be at home and our technicians wiil come. i was on leave for 3 days but no one came, only some call that whether your broadband is working or not.
Don't know how MTNL works and how many more days/month i have to wait?
