Hi Team,
This is to inform that my Landline & Broadband is not working for many
days. My Complaint has already been registered with Complain # 765 dated
29th December 2014 though the phone was dead much prior to this.
Despite of that I had already paid my Bill which was Due on 30th
December 2014. My bills are always paid on time despite of it I don't
get complete services. There may be a technical problem but why is this happening after every
quarter.
This is really getting frustrated now, no response to customer voice, despite of that I am getting a new bill in my email.Is this the normal way your team treats the customer.I would appreciate if someone from the higher management can respond to this.
