First of all thanks for your response against my complaint. Now the problem is that MTNL prepared the bill in their own way but I want that bill should be as per the Plan which i requested for INTERNET BROADBAND PLAN UL-599. Moreover MTNL has accepted his OWN mistake then why don't they prepare the bill as per the requested plan. I am using 4 MTNL Phone connections ( One Land Line & 3 Mobile connection - [protected], [protected], [protected]) & if MTNL harass me in this way then why should I give business to MTNL I will surrender all 4 connections & simply I will go to other Network Providers AS MOST PEOPLE DOING. I am ready to pay all pending bills as per requested Internet plan (which was confirmed me by MTNL Employ by SMS)
