I am using a bill plan of 1999 for my internet . But we are able to use internet for one or two days in a week only . Despite complaining, they say they'll send some one to check and when they do, it works till that day only . It goes down again the next day. I have asked them repeatedly to change the telephone line but they just won't do that. Please solve this problem. I am not paying 2000 for using net two days a week.
