[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — Mtnl broadband regular speed drop and modem resetting problem

I having been facing speed drop problem from the 1 week. I have been promised the speed of 4mbps as per my plan (Tri combo ul data-349) according to which i should be getting 4 mbps of download speed which i am not getting. From the last one week i am not only facing the problem of speed drop but also the problem of the 4 green lights (Power, dsl, internet, wlan)on my wifi modem (450 tc1) resetting again and again.
The resetting of 4 green(Power, dsl, internet, wlan) lights is very constant almost in every 4 to 5 mins.
I have been using mtnl broadband connection for the past 3 to 4 years and this is the kind of service i am getting from mtnl.
