MTNL Delhi — Mtnl cheating their customers by generating false bill | |||
This is my complain regarding the false bill generation of my broadband connection after i have surrendered the broadband connection on (29/9/2015)(Gate No.-04 Back side of Karol Bagh main Tele.Exchange Building Pusa Road New Delhi).Regardless of complaining about the wrong broadband bill generated after the disconnection of my broadband connection on (29/9/2015) mtnl delhi is not doing anything about my complain just getting calls from mtnl employees that weather my landline and broadband is working fine or not. This is so foolish on mtnl part that i am complaining about the false broadband bill generated and their employees are confirming that weather my broadband is working fine or not. All this is happening when i have surrendered my broadband and my modem on (29/9/2015).As on 20/10/2015 my landline connection ([protected]) is also disconnected. Now i am able to under stand that how mtnl delhi is becoming so big by cheating their customers and generating false bill for the disconnected broadband connection.
