MTNL Delhi — no dolphin network coverage

Sir I live in kachi sadak mundka delhi 110041.i use dolphin monile number grom 5years.from 3to6 months iface no network coverage in my village.the network is so week to talk and call will diconet automatically. I complend many times on 1503 but no solutions for the issue. Please resolve the network problem in mundka kachi sadak delhi 110041.

Sir my complaint for mtnl network in mundka doesnot solve .my phone numbers are [protected] and [protected]. My docokeT numbers are or complent numbers are 751606, 751607, 751608. There is no solution about the network by mtnl till 30may 2015.thankyou.plese help regarding my comlent.
