MTNL Delhi — Non-functional Mobile Verification Toll Free Number 1508

I have applied for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) for Number [protected] and [protected], I am to get numbers verified but Toll Free Number 1508 is not functional for past 2 days i.e. on 28.5.16 and 29.5.15. Other nos like 1502 refuse to do verification and insist 1508 is working. Please make 1508 functional so that Verification can be done.

I have taken a prepaid SIM No. [protected]. This will be activated from 1508 but from two days nobody is picking .I have also called over 1503 but they have not entertained for activation of SIM. Kindly help.

applied for same number to be converted in BSNL office capacity on dated 15.12.2017 . The people at desk in CGO asked for SIM verification . SIM is not activated even all the kyc information is there for the same number and person. please do needful.
