MTNL Delhi — Not taking any responsibilty | |||
. On complaning regularly about the problem i am facing of regular speed drop and regular modem resetting mtnl officials are calling me and saying that as per our records every thing is working fine and there is no problem and you are at fault because you are downloading to much data.Mtnl officials are saying that according to their records my broadband connection is in use 24 hrs a day and i am downloading unlimited amount of data 24 hrs a day .As per my plan (Tri combo ul data-349) it is mentioned on mtnl delhi broadband website (Unlimited data download)at 4mbps of speed and that to wihout any speed drop.This is how mtnl treat their customers instead of solving their customers valid complain they blame their customers for that.
