MTNL Delhi — Not Working our telephone

Dear Sir/Madam, We have two no. [protected] & 27791118, they are not working for the month of may. we have complaint no. IVRS complain. 1048, 1068 on dated 29.6.2015 at 3.57 PM. & 2nd complain no. 64200286, 64200290 on dated[protected] at 11.22 AM. and again complain on 198 to complain No. 123, 128. we are regularly complain on this no. [protected] & SDO MALIK [protected], but no any response they are said only working your phone with in 2 days. but not working our telephone, we have our no. only business matter our all work is down without telephone. so please take the strict action against above email.
