My name is Abhishek and my telephone[protected] line is dead since 15th of july ... Complain is registered on docket no 2057 ... I emailed to GM and am but no response ... I received an sms on 30 July that my complaint has been booked under cable breakdown and will be rectified shortly but after that nothing. I called yamuna vihar exchange and lineman said its not their problem anymore ... Some other engineers are supposed to fix this ... It's been 24 days without broadband ... I don't think they understand this inconvenience.
