MTNL Delhi — Phone and internet is not working from 15 days, Complaint registered on 16/7/2015

[protected] Phone and internet is not working from 20 days, why i am paying money to MTNL, every month they have same issues, my business is dead now, due to MTNL Delhi, i need my money back. They are says 150 connections are suffering in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 due to some wire issue, we can't do anything... words of all officers of MTNL (Mayur Vihar Phase-1)
