MTNL Delhi — phone disconnect without information | |||
I live in paschim puri pocket 1. My phone is disconnect today without any information on 19th may 2015. I call custmore care they said you didnt paid the bills. In last month we didnt get any hard copy of bill. Then how can i pay. On the same day i paid the bill online and again call custmore care they said the resource person is not helping you today because his shift is over. You can call tommorw i call sanchar haat sunder vihar they around 5 pm they pick my call around 5:30pm. Then he said call tommorw office is closed. I checked on mtnl website they showed service timmings is 9am-7pm. Where i can complaint for these people. I paid arround Rs.1500 per month. My internet is always down. Not satisfied with service its down 2-3 days in a week. Then why i paid Rs.500 per day for this. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
