MTNL Delhi — Repeated complains

I have been complaining to MTNL regarding my broadband connection for months now. Initially, 2 people came to resolve my problem but within days the net went off again. Since, then I have been repeatedly sending mails to the GM and other email ids of MTNL but with absolute no response. All the online complains that I have done till now online have been closed without any solution. I get a call regarding my availability after online complains but no one visits my place. I have been paying all my dues on time including the charges for broadband services despite getting no service for broadband at all. Request you to solve this problem of mine and please provide me a permanent solution to this problem. Request you to send experts so as to provide a permanent solution.
