[Resolved] MTNL Delhi — Service issue and misbehaved | |||
Dear Sir, From last almost 18th Jan, 2014 My Internet connection is not working, I have made a complaint on 23Jan, 2014 24th jan 2014 complaint nos. 64100696, 64100527,[protected], 398929, but there is no one who will identify the complaints, after few day line men came and told that your modem is not working, next day he come with his modem and check the modem, my modem was correct then he blame to my wire, then next day he remove my all wire which I have done by paid service he remove all wire, but still the same issue then he blame the lan port, then he replace the port... from last month I am just doing complaint and complaint by mail or by call but problem still same. I have talk to "[protected]" the person who picked up the call he very rude, he talk very bad words (abuse) with me, and he is disconnected my phone in mid of conversation. I have tried to talk to GM but he was very busy person every time the person was pickups the phone and note my complaint and assure me that they will be solved my issue. Every day I'm getting just calls for query they are asking " what is your complaint and is it working" but no one serious about his work. I'm continuously doing mail on [protected]@bol.net.[protected]@bol.net.[protected]@bol.net.in but there is no reply back from the person they just passing the calls, I have to talk to not generate my bill of month because I didn't used my Internet connection they told you have to visit our rajouri for reverse bill, I'm suffering from last month. Dear Sir,
Our home broad band service with the land line No.[protected]in the name of my father BHAGYADHAR MANDAL) is not working for more than one week. DSL light is not stable. I have registered complaints on[protected], Complaint No. 64100495.
After that I have called several time customer care and they just say they forward the information to appropriate officer (though getting connected to customer care is extremely difficult) as well as local exchange (called 25766262 and the[protected]. I have personally send people 6 times to south patel nagar office to lodge the complaints. Every time they say tomorrow some will come. So far the broad band is not been installed. I do not know whom should I contact further. Unfortunately this has to be rectified by MTNL people only.
I needed broad connection connection urgently as my daughter is preparing for some exams. I had taken data card connection from other telecom operator. Complete fade up with the customer care service. I may have to terminate this MTNL connection because of such customer service and I would like to take up the matter to the higher-ups for knowing the reason for such casual approach.
