MTNL Delhi — Telephone Not working

On 19th April a complaint was booked with Complaint No.222. On 24th Mobile message was received that there is cable fault. Today it is 30th April and our land line[protected] remains Dead. there is no way we are going to pay for this period of (dis) service. Please rectify the fault immediately Prof D.M.Banerjee 25, Uttaranchal Apt, 5, I.P.Extension, Patpargunj, Delhi -92

Complaint registered on 19.4.2015 No. 222. On 24.4.2014 received message on Mobile: that it is a Cable fault.
Today it is 30th April, there is no indication of rectification of fault.

Phone has remained out of order since 19th April, 2015. I believe you will not send me bill for this period when phone remained out of order.

Please rectify the fault, it is causing extreme difficulty in our communication
