MTNL Delhi — Unstable DSL and very low speed.

I am an MTNL Broadband subscriber since the last 12 years. Earlier I had 795 plan but due to speed problems, I changed my plan to 999 plan last year. Since then, I have been frequently facing problems be it unstable DSL and very low speed. In 999 plan, we are promised unlimited 1 Mbps speed but it is very poor. Even though we got our port address changed recently, it did not make any difference to the speed. If this problem of low speed continuous, then of course we are free to change our service provider unless you seriously want to maintain us as your satisfied consumer.
