[Resolved] MTNL Delhi — Want refund of paid bills and waiver of current bill.

MY CA No is [protected]. I am facing problem with internet for more than three months. Internet connection hardly stays for few minutes...I m doing regular complaints on MTNL customer care (1504) but the problem is not yet solved. Its looks like the mtnl people making fool out of their service providers for whole month. and the end of the month they charge INR 650 as well. Hence request help in waving off my telephone bill of current month and provide me refund/credit of last two month paid bill and instruct MTNL team to resolve my internet problem on urgent basis. my e-mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com Regards, Bhupendra

Updated by bhupendrachand I have not yet received the resolution of my query. I would request your intervention here.

A bill of INR 675 is due on 04/10/2014, kindly take the action on urgent basis so that this due bill can be settled against the wave off.
