Hello sir/mam,
On 24th of December i applied for the extension of my broadband service for number 23380504 from 512 kbps speed to 1 Mbps speed. They said that service will be started from 27th Dec 2013 onward, but it dint therefore i called to 1500, believe me i never saw this much lazy employees in my entire life. They pic up call once, make excuse, cut the call at once without even completing the conversation (lack of behavior), instead of solving this problem from their end they gave me several other numbers to call to if i ask them to please forward my call to supervisor they never do and disconnects it and block my number for several time period. And to the given numbers I m calling from around 5 days that results either they do not pick up the call or says "ok let me check and clink!! Disconnected" (problem unresolved). This is how bed the system is "Shameless, lazy, do not deserve to be employed at all" each and every single employee in MTNL. Was this information helpful? |
