The landline[protected] has been non-functional for more than an year. The bills come promptly and are paid up too, but no action on restoring the services.
When an attempt is made to raise a complaint on the website the message that shows up is Status: SPA Note: SPA. Fault booking not allowed at this stage. Can some one tell what it means.
