Hello team,
This is regarding a broadband connection I had applied on 28th of June 2014 with a work order number 2472. It's been a lots o[censored]ps and downs to get the landline installed. Initially no one showed up for 12 days to install the landline (since I have opted for a combo plan). I had to personally visit and follow-up with the executives in the Charnamrut Exchange for someone to visit and get the line installed. But, now it's 17 days today and the broadband has not yet started. I even had to log a complaint calling 198 (as suggested from exchange) with the docket number 5870. The same is not resolved and I had to book another complaint with docket number 5181. And now I'm running from Thane exchange to Charnamrut exchange but no one seems to take interest in solving the issue. Thane exchange says it's Charnamrut exchange who will fix the problem and Charnamrut exchange says Thane exchange needs to forward the complaint docket number first.
Again, I do not understand why I need to log a complaint if it is a new connection which is not installed properly. Secondly, its 17 days now, and I'm sure to get a bill in at the end of the month for the broadband use. Does that make sense to anyone to to pay a bill for not able to use a service.
Please look into it. Personal details are mentioned below.
