Dear sir/madam,
Landline # 28066182// 8th DEC 2013 complaint # 8962
We are facing frequent disconnection of broadband services since past more than 2 -3 months lot of complaints logged but no solution, after every 2+ mins, there is limited connectivity for around 30-40 secs and then it again resumes but by this time the online forms filled/ online banking gets failed and again have to re-initiate.
Need your help to get this sorted out at the earliest.
