MTNL Mumbai — MTNL BroadBand connection | |||
I am a MTNL broadband user with consumer number- [protected] writing to you to express my frustration and exasperation towards unsatisfactory service and solution to my problems. I have been using the broadband Wifi + LAN connection since 2 years now and the speed or connection and service that I get is really pathetic. It has been more than a year and my internet connection fluctuates and disconnects 4-5 times in every 30 minutes, I cannot download even a single file more than 100 MB and other downloads are affected due to intermediate disconnections. I have been complaining to the customer care department and every time they send some person, inefficient and unsuccessful in solving my problem. He comes, checks, does something and tells that the issue is resolved and says that it won't disconnect anymore and make fake promises to come the next day and check if the issue still persists. Nobody bothers and turns up the next day to verify anything but the problem is still the same. I then complained again that the issue has not been resolved after which the person that came the earlier day told me that he would bring a lineman Yadhav along with him to check the issue. Again it was a fake promise and no one turned up. I then had to dial again to the customer care again after which lineman Yadhav called up and informed some absurd things like get your wire connections repaired, there are some issue with them and all other people in your building got them fixed, after this I had contacted the people from my building and they told me that they haven't done anything to the wiring which clearly meant that Yadhav was faking things. When I contacted Yadhav he was changing his words here and there and finally asked me to contact his supervisor, Mr. Nalavde. He listened to our problem and promised to send some person to check the issue and resolve it. To our surprise Nalavde sir had sent the same lineman Yadhav who was unsuccessful in solving our issues. Yadhav did something to the wire connection and gave us a call that the problem should be resolved now and asked us to verify. I checked and could see that nothing was solved in fact whatever was working earlier that too stopped working now. I immediately gave a call back to Yadhav and explained him the condition upon which he replied that " aap check karte raho, mai kal aake pakka check karta hu" and when I asked him to come home and explain me what he did, he replied "ab mai upar ghar aake kya karunga aur maine kya kiya hai yeh aapko bolke kya hone wala hai, aap sirf check karlo". Again it is the same case he did not even bother to turn up the next day as promised to check for further issues. It is really frustrating for customers like us who trust MTNL and there is no resolutions to our problems. Is this the way you attend and serve your customers? I pity all the broadband users who have to deal with such inefficient MTNL customer service department staff. I have written these things to you in hope that you would understand my frustration and take strong action on this and get my issue resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
