MTNL Mumbai — MTNL Telephone Line & Broadband Services Not Working At All

Dear Sir / Madam, This is with reference to My Telephone no.[protected],[protected], and[protected].These three no. Since last 5 months absolutely dead. We have lodged numerous complaints, sent complaint letters; also met your officials couple of times regarding the same, but it was all in vain as the problem still exists. We have been given a number of reasons for the frequent disconnection. Even that we are paid all yours bill regularly from last Three month. Our entire official work gets disrupted due to disconnections of lines. We have been using your services since last 4 years and do not expect this kind of services from MTNL. So, requesting you to kindly look into this matter on top priority else we will be forced to discontinue with your services with compensation from your side.
