MTNL Mumbai — Online recharge failed | |
On 21.04.2015 I recharged two nos [protected] and [protected] for Rs.750/- and Rs.100/- respectively through my Axis Bank credit card. The said amounts are debited from my account. I have also received alerts from Axis bank that the amounts are successfully paid. However the recharged amounts are not credited to the mobile nos. The transaction history shows the status of payment as successful but recharge failed.As informed on the receipt I have waited for reversal of payment made but so far the amount deducted is not reversed.
