Lodging complaint with MTNL has become a routine to ascertain service availability. Most of the time the complaint is about intermittent connection or low speed .Every time I lodge a complaint MTNL people call back to check the problem, but no response their after . My current Internet plan is 650 unlimited combo, my plan provides unlimited download and an ideal Internet speed of 1mbps technically ~800-900 kbps whereas in actual I get 250 -300 kbps speed. Instead of providing me the assured service as per my plan I am suggested to change or upgrade my plan/do a Internet top-up recharge/take an additional data plan.
