[Resolved] MTNL Mumbai — Telephone no is not working from past two months | |
Hi, my telephone no is down from past two months, after giving several complaints issue is not solved yet. MTNL field engineer is always coming and giving temperary solutions. Everyone my phone is crossed with some other no. Now days they auto resolved the complaints online without asking to customer. Please let me know whom Was this information helpful? | |

Dec 15, 2020 Updated by Jayant Samant Why Complaints are closed without asking customer. MTNL person Mr. Yadav mobile no [protected] is dose not want to solve the issue. Yesterday he said he will check today and not responding to calls. The engineers like him make MTNL service Pathetic. Why you guys are charging bill if phone is not active from past two months. Today again I have initiated one complaint as my previous complaints are closed without resolving the issue.  | |
