Today in the afternoon around 2:00-2:30 pm IST a technician from MTNL walks to my door and states that you have launched a complaint. I informed him that neither me nor any one from my place has raised a complaint regarding MTNL. In the conversation he's tone started raising and his response against my mother was not right. I kept on informing him that I've nor raised any complaint as I'm not facing any issue with my land line nether with the enter net. And the state meant that I received from him was " OK NEXT TIME YOU COMPLAINT, WE WILL NOT COME". Which aggravated me, I do not know his first name but is last name is Yadav and he is the repair main for my area. I was prone on who raised a complaint. He asked me to come to MTNL ( near bhayander west phatak). With his rude behavior even I went along with him. His behavior continued even in front of his subordinate C M YADAV. The land Lind technical Quoted "" Kya kar loge". On checking with their database a complaint was lodged at 21th August 2015 -around 4 pm. At that time no one was at home. Which leave explanation who raised a complaint. I want to know HOW DOES A MTNL REPAIR MAN TOLK TO A CUSTOMER(consumer) in such way. Was this information helpful? |
