Mtnl is the worst broadband service provider. They only know how to lie and cheat their customers.Their call center(1504) representative does not know how to talk to their customers. They are highly unprofessional, uncooperative and rude.Today(3/12/2013) between 10:20 and 10:30 pm i called their broadband helpline(1504) to complain about my broadband connection not working according to my broadband plan (Trib combo ul data - 3499) according to which i should be getting (4 mbps) of download speed but i was getting (512 kbps). Their representative named (Sandeep tiwari) designation (Senior executive) talked to me in a very unprofessional, uncooperative and rude manner as if he was doing a big favour of taking my complain.This is the kind of service mtnl provide to their customers. Their representative are highly unprofessional and uncooperative and they do not listen to their customers complain . This is my second complain within a period of 10 days regarding the speed of my broadband connection. I have never seen such a fraud and lying broadband service provider whose only aim is to trouble and cheat their customers again and again. I think mtnl intentionally hire such representative to harass and trouble their customers and intentionally provide poor broadband service.
