MTNL — Regular unavailability of internet

Hi, I am a MTNL subscriber, I have been using MTNL Internet for about 4 years now, over the years I have faced a lot of trouble with my Internet connection. I make complaints regularly but all in vain. The only way to get the Internet connection working again is to ask the line man to fix it. Usually it takes about 4 or 5 days to get him to fix the connection. Over the years I have faced a lot of trouble due to this, Once I lost an important interview opportunity because of my internet woes. I live in Tilak Nagar area, New Delhi, and I am struck with MTNL connection, as there is no other decent Internet Service Provider available in our area, or else I would have changed my connection a long time ago.
