Mts Ultra Wifi — Defect data card - supplier not responding - very very rude behavior

I bought a MTS Ultra Wifi Datacard. When searched Olx.in one of the guy listed saying supplying new datacard & the 40GB plan is closing on the same day (after cross checking that was a big lie). supplied one MTS Ultra Datacard, paid Rs.700/-. They said will be activated on the same day. But they didnt do. I kept on calling customer care MTS they said no document has been uploaded. After that I kept on calling the below two guys who supplied the datacard. Vinod answered once telling me that will call me back in 5 minutes. And Rajendran answered once telling that will send his person tomorrow. Thing is that they gave me a defect datacard which isnt functioning. Peoples like these two are spoiling the reputation of MTS. They didnt give me a bill for the purchase. They never called me back or attended my call. Because of this I had undergone severe hardship was mentally disturbed. The pain and agony went to peak as I was running a travel agency issuing air tickets, bus tickets, train tickets daily. Without internet nothing was possible. Humour is that After getting the MTS on the same day I gave the vodafone datacard which I was using to my sister beliveing that MTS will be activated in a day.
