Road joining kalanagar signal from service road is in bad condition on top of it there are many divider blocks kept in standing position to do the traffic diversion. If anyone takes the exit from the service rd to co. E on highway there are 2 deep pot holes.. Please get those potatoes filled. As many bike riders suffered accidents at this spot. I myself had severe life threatening accident on 14 th of nov morning 7 45. Please do the need full.. Thanks

By mistake I jumped a signal in navi mumbai at vashi central plaza the n I was stop by traffic police I stop my bike and the lady officer demanded my licence I provided my licence I ask her about my mistake she told u jumped a signal then I ask her for charges she said 1200 then I said no mam it's 300 as iam seeing on web she and the men officer started agruing me then I maked a call to my relative to know the actual fine she directly said go to court and your licence will be suspended for 3 or 6 months don't teach me about rules then I left the place giving my licence to her at aroli toll naka I asked a office and showed the recipet to him he explained me that the office put rash driving charges too n I was shocked how they can do this office with power can do any thing they want I have recordings too if needed can provide

Our firm, m/s keshav tours and travels owns a vehicle, registered under the commercial vehicle registration bearing registration no. Mh-01-bt-8193. On 17th of january 2019, we received a call from the mumbai traffic police informing us that we have to clear the outstanding fine amount accumulated since 14th june 2017. The total amount of fine as informed by the police and as detailed in the screenshot attached to this complaint aggregates to rs. 29, 800.00 which includes a fine charged to the vehicle on 22.01.2019 for a violation on 17.01.2019. Our complaint regarding the issue is why were we not informed about the various challans. We inquired from the traffic police authority about the same but they said that they did not have our contact number while the screenshot clearly reveals that they had our contact details as they had sent a notification for a challan dated april 19th, 2018 for the amount of rs. 1000. They could intimate us the challan details for each time they charged a fine to the vehicle which would not accumulate into such a large amount which is a big loss for a small firm. We had no information of the same and hence we are unsure of the different challans that are charged to our vehicle.
I request to please look into it and the unreasonable challans charged to our vehicle must be waived off since there was no intimation via text, call etc.

Sir, i had to drive just 4 kms away. I had sm goods with me. I kept it on my footboard of my tvs jupiter. A traffic police stopped me asked me for all the papers etc. I produced the same all were perfect. When he didnt get any way to get money frm me he took pictures of the goods saying this is not allowed to carry. The thing is it ws below the seat level. N i showed the cop the space for my foot rest too. Still he didnt listen. N imposed a fine against my vehicle. He took pics also in such a way that the space n level is to be seen very high which is not true plz help me with this fraud cops. I have a new vehicle. Just 6 months back i bought still he took a revenge.

I Living in Bhatwadi Barvenagar Ghatkopar West Near school no 3 Mumbai 400084. I have shop in above mention area in front of my shop Lot of two wheeler, car, auto rickshaw are parking from morning to evening or whole day.
Some two wheeler standing from six month. because Of Standing vehicales there is problem of doing business
Sir i am requesting to every Two wheeler and Car owner Please do not park vehicles in front of shop They shouting and abusing me and reply me i park on road i always standing in front of your shop because i pay road taxes.

I am wrongly being charged the challan of rs. 1000 dated 04/01/19 for speeding the vehicle by driver. It is absolutely false allegation. My challan number is mtpccc[protected]. I request that please sort out the issue at the earliest. I was present at the time when my driver was driving on this day and at that time. So i can assure you about the speed was not above even 60 kmph.

This is to bring to your notice that i have a shop at juhu tara road. Below marine end society. Where 5 to 6 days back a overnight cool cab taxi stand is errected & daily taxis are parked infront of my shop. Which is effecting my business alot. I have never faced any problem since 40 years but now its become very bad, how can my customer come or where do they park their car. Legally a parking for taxi stand cannot be alloted in front of a shop or residential building. Kindly take serious action against it. Waiting for the good results. Hope to get justice.

I have been fined with a challan no: MTPCHC[protected] Dated: 25 December 2016 on the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
However the car in the photo is a White Maruti Swift Dzire with the same number plate (yellow).
However my car is a Silver Maruti Ritz as shown in insurance papers.
The challan has been incorrectly assigned to my car.
Request you to correct the same.

Footpaths are completely occupied plus two wheelers are parked. Vehicles are parked on road corners. There Is a school nearby as well. There is no place for pedestrians to walk on the footpath because of vehicles parked and unhygienic environment around. It ruins our quality life. I hope you understand that intensity of the problem there can be any incident taking place because of the issue.

On 4jan2019 7:45pm at shell petrol pump, hinjewadi phase 1, pune

one traffic police who named himself manoj kamble has stopped my vehicle and charged me for wrong side driving and dangerous driving.

There was a valid turn which i took and i just turned my vehicle for a shop which was beside the shop i visited before.

Its only 50meter on the wrong side, the traffic police didn't listened and said that he has done the challan on vehicle.

This is a very unpleasant experience for me who believes and follow traffic rules.

I want a strict action on the traffic police and if any challan letter will come to my address then i will take the matter to higher authority.

As i have kept my vehicle in no parking then my vehicle has been towed by the police due to no parking but as i went to the station to get back my vehicle they have charged my rs. 436 against no parking as the charges was of 200 which is including the towing charges as per mentioned in receipt as then i ask for the clarification for 200 they told me that it is towing charges of that vehicle but on receipt it is clearly indicating that tw no parking + towing fee is 200 + cgst is 18 + sgst is 18 = 236 total but the cash taken by me was 436 which they were not ready to take by credit card of by debit card

Anand road is outside railway station malad west. It is one way from s v road towards malad station. Presently work on the railway foot over bridge is going on. As a result there is lot of people movement on the road for going to malad east. During peak hours there is hardly any place to walk and it is very crowded.
I notice that in such congested place three to five best buses are parked/waiting to leave.
How can so many best buses are allowed to stand or park in such congested area.
This is causing huge inconvenience to people.

I had bought a new tvs apache 200 rtr motor cycle in the month of october 2018 with registration no – mh-03-db-8987. Today, i was browsing the mtp application where i learnt that there was a e-challan penalty of rs. 436/- dated 01/12/2018. When checked the image of the two-wheeler, the same was of a different bike and make too and to be precise a scooty type vehicle. The said vehicle is parked under the jvrl flyover as per the e-challan generated.

I want to inform you in advance as this might be a mistake of the part of the rto in issuing a duplicate number or probably a fraud too. Taking into consideration the ill effects of the said registration in future, request you to please acknowledge the complaint.

Request you to please look into the said matter at the earliest as this is a mistake from the rto's end. Also, what is the solution for the same.

My bike picked up by towing vehicle at airoli. I was ready to pay penalty at the spit where it was parked. But police officer was not ready to talk at the point. He was just asking to come to traffice police station. I wanted to know is it a rule that penalty is paid only at station?. Also he took 100 rs more for towing charges. Is it a fair rule?

On a daily basis, i travel by road for work. It is so stressful to drive nowadays because of the bikers. The following activities of the bikers need to be curtailed and disciplined by the traffic police.
1. The always overtake from both the sides.
2. Don't follow traffic rules.
3. Honk continuously/repeatedly to overtake and do not even allow pedestrians to walk peacefully as they create so much noise pollution.
4. Drive on footpaths
5. Drive in opposite direction on the roads.
6. Keep crossing lanes and that too without any signal and very suddenly

The auto driver has not started the meter on commencing journey, when this was pointed to him he bluntly said this is the norm and overcharged us at double the rate, he didnt clarify if it was share auto or normal

At vashi toll my car was in the lane one auto drive put his rikshaw between the lane and damage my car i stop him and said him to take to police station but in the rikshaw one lady passenger who is a profession in lawer she said not to stop and doing arguments and while moving she said that she will take big action on us that really he strach my car and i was trying to take this in poilce station and that lawer trying to get a wrong power of her profession please sir i want to solve this problme and dont want to anyone taking her wrong power of her profession to take this to wrong way

I was stopped by the traffic police and my license was taken for wearing earphones. There is no such law stating that wearing earbuds for map navigation is illegal. The police responsible threatened to suspend my license on no legal ground. I had my license as well as all my activa legal documents. I want to register a complaint against v. S. Gavit.

Today 19/12/18 around 3pm, at deokar signal near deonar bus depot, while i was waiting the signal as it was red.
As the signal went green, i started to move but there was something bad happened.
As soon as i moved as the signal went green, i heard someone honking and using abusive language and yelling, i couldnt make out, but few seconds later a motorcyclist turned up in 45 to 55 years age group and was using bad words for no reason and yelling at me, as if he wanted to jump the signal and coz me waiting at red signal he couldnt jump the signal.
His bike number plate number is "mh 43 am 1120" this guy even tried to hit me by flanking his hand and threatening me to report to police. I asked him let's go to the cops but he fled the scene. So couldn't take images. No traffic cops i met, so not knowing where to post, i am posting here.

This is a complaint for the area located at narain nagar, chunnabhati, next to axis bank, mumbai.

The lane for taxi stand is always occupied with private car and private bike. Although, it should be for a taxi. This is creating a lot of trouble for the passengers like me who look got taxi to travel. Police authorities must ensure that this is a taxi stand for the local taxi’s and not for parking of private cars and bikes.

On a daily basis of travel, this is causing a lot of trouble to passengers. Further, ola and uber cabs also park there when it should not.

Request police authorities to look into it for the comfort of passengers as it is difficult to find a local taxi.
