Hello sir,

Heavy traffic jams is a very common site at kedar chowk (Gadhav naka), bhandup west due to illegal vehicle parking that leads to narrowing of roads on both sides. The same situation is observed on the entire road leading to nardas nagar which creates a deadlock situation at times of about half an hour. One such incident due to vehicle parking at main turning junction due to which there was total deadlock of vehicles. Spotted today (12 aug 2018).
Also, garbage cleaners which are supposed to come up for garbage collection before 8am, everyday turns up at 11.30am which creates heavy traffic jams

Fine of rs500 was imposed on my uber driver driving a lmv (T permit) with nt licence and fine of rs 500 imposed on me for allowing him to driver, by officer (Vinod shirke) from sakinaka police chowki. As per supreme court ruling driver with an nt licence is permitted to driver a t-permit lmv, plus he is attached with uber on the nt licence. Today me and my driver were called to the chowki made to wait for half the day only to find out that the officer would not come. No one present in the chowki were aware of the rules or were in the presence of mind to help us. It was a complet waste of time, effort and money as i had to take a day off, travel 2 and half hours.

A scrap black Mercedes is parked more than 6 months at one position. Complaint already made to the owner several times but he is not moving. Its become scrap. The tyre has gone flat. The address is 40B Rebello road, cross Peter Dias road, near Mehboob Studio, Bandra west Mumbai 400050. Please solve my complaint as its causing lot of nuisence to the lane.

Again it is observed that signal at fountain hotel is not working in the morning which results in heavy traffic of 1 to 2 hrs.

Today it took 1 and half hr (8 am to 9.30 am) to reach at fountain hotel from kasarvadavali.

Surprisingly this signal works smoothly in the evening every day.

Can you please tell common people what is the exact issue occurs every morning.

Sir, kindly look into the matter & do the needful urgently which can save common people's time in the morning working hrs.

At andheri east, rbi bus stop at charatsingh colony road traffic signal.
It is very much difficulties to get bus entry as best bus is covered by parking if cars, yelliw lable cars, autos, tempos etc
With these bus cones and waiting passanger at busstop reach to bus, bus starts. The parked vehicles at bus stop not allowing traveller to catch the bus.
It is request to remove all these and put near by where parking lot created by bmc.
Also loffers r seating inside bus stop seating arrangement not allowing passanger to seat are also tobe removed. There are nr by at littke distance nr garden on same line a benches can provide to seating.

The complaint is dated 18/07/2018 reported at 19.15 pm - vehicle no mh08r6309. The offence was charged under section 15rrr/177 mva (I. E. No parking). We need to bring to your notice that the car was parked in our building at the above specified time. We have a cctv proof of the same. On the other hand the mumbai traffic police app has imposed a fine of rs. 200/- without any evidence on their end.

This is incorrect reporting of the offence. Kindly revoke the fine imposed.
We hope to get a response at the earliest or we need to raise the complaint to higher authorities.

Both evidence pictures are not showing any proof of wrong parking. Please note my car is parked within society premises in a proper sequence. There is sufficient place for even big size tempo to move around. My car is being parked in same place for last 5 years.

This could be a case of someone trying to test an app or fraudulous reporting.
I would request you to kindly revoke the fine.
I have paid two fines is past which was relevant.
Will hope to help resolve this.

I had written to you in the month if april[protected] and once again am writing as no action has yet been taken. Dadar parsi colony is a residential area and not a taxi stand. The yellow and bkack taxis, mumbai pune taxis ubers and olas have made it their stand. I fail to understand how the traffic department is so inefficient in their work that it's been months and they have failed to take necessary action. The taxis have made it unsafe for children as lewd comments are passed. What is the mumbai traffic police doing except penalising the tax paying citizen. Your page is so useless that it's not even allowing to upload pictures

The image taken does not prove that I am in no parking
Also my lights are on, which will be not if I have parked .
Also there is wide gape between the footpath and the car . If it was parked than at least it would be near the footpath.
Please cancel this challenge that's my only request and submission.

Took an auto at nahur hospital (Very famous nest to runwal complex) as usual, he charged extra 2rs ie 22rs. Instead of the usual 20rs.. And began to misbehave when i said hes overcharging.. And the reason was that the signal was on hence reading is more. However i find the reason ridiculous as i travel the same route daily.
It's not the question of 2rs overcharging.. But their mentality in thinking that they can get away with it and also behave rudely. I would like you to reprimand such behaviour and fine him. Thank you

Two cars no mh02aq6224 and mh02 bt4717 are outside our society road akashganga chs ltd plot no 192 sector 6 charkop kandivali west. Land mark rashmirathi bus stop. Cars r parked on bus stop. Autos r qued to fill cng as there is a petrol pump two buildings away from our building. This being a main road there is heavy traffic in the evening. There is bus stop public is unable to stand for the bus. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

Please note in chheda nagar chembur mumbai 400089 people are parking tourist car / van illegally on the road road no 3/4
The people parking vehicle are not even staying in colony. Requesting to kindly take action against they as we don't have even proper walking space there. Also on telling they argue with the colony people. It's is like one kind of herrsment to the people staying in colony.

Near Dreams complex bhandup West there was 4 Rikshaws (photos attached), My self & my 66 year old mother we requested rikshaw drivers to drop us at Fortis hospital but they refused to come. Also that area is no parking in front of pawar public school still they didn't move.
I would like to request you to take strict action against them.

I am noticing an e challan on my vehicle no. MH04EQ7138 as follows

Date & time 9th July 2018 12.48 pm
Offence: No parking
Fine : Rs 200

Please note that the whole of 9th July the vehicle was parked in my office premises basement at Vidyavihar having its own parking facility just like any other day.

My home also has a parking slot in the society as allotted to me.

There is no question of a wrong parking and hence the fine.

Request to revoke the challan on priority.

Due to illegal parking by transporters and packers and movers for trucks and tempos there is lot of disturbance round the clock behind Green Hills, Building No. 4, Akruli Road, Lokhandwala Township, Kandivali East.

People are talking loudly in foul language creating lot of disturbance, drinking and doing obscene acts. We feel unsafe all the time.

This is a residential area and commercial vehicles should not be allowed to be parked at all. They disturb the peace to locality, these people behave and act like hooligans.

In narielwadi mazagoan bikes are parked on both sides in an unsystematic way. Inspite of telling them not to park on both sides yet people park. This problem can be solved only if RTO interfers in that. I have submitted my complaint online many times bu no action has been taken.Request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. No way for ambulance to come in emergency.

There are 2 signals near Kirti College Junction Dadar West on SVS Marg. One near Agar Bazaar and one near Prabhadevi telephone exchange. The one near the telephone exchange is always blocked when the one near Agar Bazaar is red. Please synchronise the signals so that they become red and green at the same time. It becomes impossible for residents to cross the road as the junction is blocked by cars.

Unauthorised vehicles have been parked in lane for years now. We have been sending complaint letters to local BMC, RTO & corporator. Have complained on Twitter & the traffic police WhatsApp as well, since more than 2 years. Absolutely no action has been taken. The entire lane is marked as no parking zone & vehicles are parked under those signs. There is no regard for the law. No office takes action. All residents are forced to walk in the middle of the road and there are constant traffic jams. Ambulance and fire brigade pass the road several times a day and ambulance often gets stuck. There is complete neusance to all residents and danger to their lives. I don't know what a citizen is supposed to do when the authority responsible for clearing this mess ignores every complaint.
