Hello sir/madam, I am student of ‘V.P.M RZ Shah college’, Mumbai University, studying in ‘S.Y.B.SC.Information Technology’. I had two practical exams which were conducted before the college has provided the examination hallticket and they did not put any notice either on the notice board or on college website. They had sent a sms on a college group to which I am not registered a day before examination, and I was unaware of the examination but that too was conducted for students without hallticket. I wan under thought that the exams will be conducted 2, 3 days after the form for’ A.T.K.T’ are submitted by students but then on 15 Apr 2015, I got a shocking news from my HOD ‘Vilas Mahajan’. One of my friend told my that we have a practical examination for ‘Quantative Techniques’ 4th semester, today on ‘15 Apr 2015’, I thought how is that possible when today, 15 Apr 2015 is the last day to submit forms then how can they conduct exams before accepting forms and without providing halltickets to students. I went to the HOD ‘Vilas Mahajan’ to confirm, he told me that the exam have been scheduled, I told him how is that possible sir, when there is no notice on the board or on the college website. Sir, told me to go for the examination, stated ‘you are a smart boy you can appear for the exam’, I refused, I told him I am not and I have not prepared for the subject. At the end, sir told others to go for the exam and for me he will talk to the principal madam. I went and submitted my 4th semester forms then I came to know that I have three practical exams all together and on 16 Apr 2015 as below: - Software engineering (4th sem) - Multimedia (4th sem) - Microprocessor and Microcontroller (F.Y. ATKT) My college did not provide haltickets for the exams but I was okay with it as I was now aware of the further exams scheduled. On 16 Apr 2015, I had three practicals, but ‘Multimedia’ and ‘Microprocessor and Controller’ were scheduled at the same timing. I went to my HOD ‘Vilas Mahajan sir’ and Informed him that I have two exams at the same timing (Multimedia and MPMC (Microprocessor and controller) and why there is no notice on the notice board for ATKT again I got to know that they have sent sms on the group to which I have not registered. I told him sir I expect a notice on the notice board or on college website. I told to my HOD ‘Vilas Mahajan sir, how could I appear for 2 exam at the same timing, I can either go for one at a time, Vilas Mahajan sir, told me to go and talk to the concern teacher if they can re-schedule your exam. I went to Patil sir, ‘Microprocesor and Controller’ teacher, Informed him about the issue that I also have’ Multimedia’ exam now and requested him to consider this and re-conduct my exam. Patil sir, told me that you go for ‘Multimedia’ exam now and for ‘Microprocessor and Controller’ talk to the principal madam, inform him about the issue and I will then re-conduct your exam, once he gets a confirmation from Principal madam. I went for ‘Multimedia exam’ then it was too late to talk to the principal. The very next day I went to Principal madam, informed him about the issue that I had two exams at the same timing and I have appeared for ‘Multimedia’ and ‘Microprocessor and controller’ is still pending, I have then written an application to re-conduct my exam. On 18 Apr 2015, they have provided the haltickets, I had theory exams from 20 Apr 2015 to 24 Apr 2015. In the interim, I tried to approach ‘Vice principal’ and Pricipal madam, to know about the status of my application to re-conduct exam but then I was not allow but the staff to enter principal’s cabin, stating she is busy in ‘University exam’ which are to be held in college. I tried to approach the ‘Vice Principal’ she told me she will talk later on as even she is busy in university exams which are to be held. After my exams, I went to Principal madam finally to know when would my exam will be conducted. To which I was told that for me she can’t conduct exam for an individual, I convinced and requested my principal to the core. I told her please take this into consideration its my career and I will get a drop. I work at‘Serco Global Service’ for the past two year almost from 12 Aug 2013. All teacher and even ‘Vice principal’ and ‘Principal’ mam are aware that I do job, I normally do a night shift so that I can go to college in the morning. I have put hardwork and I have paid my fees and everything, they are all aware but still then do not want to conduct my exams. They state it is against ‘University LAW’ to conduct exam again once they are commenced but being a student it’s not right if my college conduct three exam a day and two at the same timing. I believe all exam were conducted without break and before forms were accepted just because college wanted to end the academic year very soon as they had to conduct T.Y university exam in the college and I am being ignored. In the end, I told my principal that I do not want to spoil my college name by any way but I have no option and I need to lodge a complaint to which she told me think before you take any such steps, it will take 6years for our complaint to get a resolution and you will spoil the rest of your career we will mark you something and spoil your career, I am scared, but seriously I do not have any option other than this, considering I am not at fault. Dear sir/madam, its being a very hard time for me now, I want you to look into this and take this into consideration. I am Nishant and i had appeared for tybms 6 sem Atkt exams held on nov 2014 and the result were to be declared after 45 days buy still now after more than 6 months results are still not declared. 500 students had appeared for Tybms 6/sem Atkt exam in nov 2014, University has not yet declared resulta. My 1 year is lost and many students have lost their job as well as mba admission due to non availability of result. Still no reply as to results from University, they are least bothered about career of students.

As i have not got my tybcom marksheet 2014. I have already submitted all necessary documents in university and college. As i was having ATKT so due to this they have hold my marksheet but now as i have cleared in october 2014, its being almost 6 months i haven't got my marksheet yet. I have been repeatedly going to my college and university. I had been there at 15th of april in university, they have told me that they will send some letter to my college within a week, but its now almost 17 days, they have not send any of the letter. Due to this i m unable to take my admissions in further studies. So pls make a strict action as soon as possible.

Respected Sir/Mam, I am Ritesh, passed out in 2012 batch from Datta Meghe COE, Airoli. But still i didn't get my degree certificate. I went to my college for collecting my degree but they said it is not with us, i should go and collect it from mumbai university. i enquired at Mumbai university, then i found hieght of carelessness form MU. They made a mistake in names and still not corrected it. I have attached some photo proofs please find that. For my further job and study degree certificate is so important. so i request you please take some serious action that i will get it as early as possible. Regards Ritesh

Dear Sir/ Mam, I am student of PGDASS (statistics - Mumbai University). i appeared in exam on 13 Jan. Result has bee declared after 70 days (> 2 months). and now i am waiting for my mark sheet. I am taking follow up on daily basis for mark sheet, but they said every time mark sheet will come in next week. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research on date 28th Nov 2014 but when I visit my Indian Education Societys Management College & Reserach Centre for result they told me that its showing you were absent on exam date 28th Nov 2014. Most of the student have paper clashing problem, on 23rd April we have 2 exams, paper 4 of semester 5 and paper 2 of semester 6. Its very difficult to give exam on same date, so I request you please postpone the current semester 5 exam time table. Thank you.

when the revaluation result of tybsc sem5 regular(75:25) is going to declared from 7-4-15sem 6 exam is going to start and till now no revaluation result atleast we will be able to knw the result and prepare for additional no additional exam date noting when it is going to be start pls ...

I am student of tybsc physics now wil appear for sem6 .The students are facing problms beacuase our additional exams is clashing with our sem 6 paper .The paper of electrodymics and electronics are on the same day i.e on 23rd april one electrodymics from 11am to 1 pm and electronics from 3 to 5:30pm .STudents are facing problms to give the two exams on the same day.requesting to chnge the dates of the additional paper .i am hoping u wil take action soon .

I have applied for revaluation of Direct & Indirect Tax Paper for Sem-V nov 2014, & now results are declared & my Seat number is not displayed in the results. My seat number is 1036304. Now what should i do..?? Please do the needful

My name is Tahmineh Tavasoli. I am a student in k.e.s. law college. I appeared for my bls/llb semester 5 exam held in dec 2014. II got a k.t. in contract-1 paper n filled revaluation form on time with great pain and now the results are declared and my seat no. 750 is not there in the list.whoever is the incharge at the university about this please look in to the matter as atkt exam is in april and i want to know whether i cleared or i have to study for it.

This is to notify whomsoever concerned about the clashing of the time table for tyba sem 6(75:25) and the additional exam time table of sem 5(75:25) time table . how does this make sense at all? you are scheduling paper vii(sem5) on the same day as paper vi(sem6). why are the other streams benefitted ? i have a paper on 16th followed by 2 papers on 17th. in a span of 2 hours how do you expect us to revise the entire 4 units? and mind you if we have to go to another center for our additional papers. many o[censored]s travel from off places. i myself travel from thane to dadar. i request the concerned authority to re look into the matter and hope to see a reply soon. thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, It is very disheartening that a university like this can be so inappropriate and worthless. I am sure it is not only a few o[censored]s who have borne the brunt of the people at the university not doing their work on time or as promised. They don't even bother to explain the details we have asked for. Today, while at the Mumbai university, the person who was appointed to guide students for the M.COM examination was watching videos on YouTube, and when asked about the query. She was furious and made inappropriate faces and just asked us to leave. She or the other man in-charge had no patience to help the students. My question here is - Why are they even there? What is the government paying them for? Watching YouTube videos? Only if the government was a little bit more worried about what our education system is like and if it is being handled properly. Then, maybe, our country wouldn't still be a developing country and it seems like it will always stay the same. Considering the events happened in the course of time, I doubt it will ever change peoples mindset. The government can surely ban various unwanted things, but they cannot ban a consumer's voice of opinion. It's very sickening and annoying when people take things for granted. Instead of showing your power over those unwanted things that you banned, show your power over something worthwhile like having the education system run smoothly. The government has surely provide an online portal where students can not worry about going to the university to make payments but when is the government going to ensure that its running smoothly? If that is provided then why is it that we have to go personally 10 days before our exam to ensure we get admission, when the person who is supposed to do the work hasn't done? What is the meaning of a duty? Its clear that its surely, come to office and watch YouTube videos! Like who the hell is going to even come to know about it? In this country where nuns are being raped and nothing is done about it, churches are being burnt down, injustice is being done to the Muslims, where is the country going to end up? How long you think the consumers are going to stay quiet about it? There are many things going unnoticed by you as a government and also us as consumers, the only difference being power. I am talking on behalf of several other students and human beings who have not yet spoken about it, in the fear of being punished. But are you going to be able to punish thousands of people together? Know that the 1 above is watching what is happening and you'll won't be spared. Make things right before its too late to even beg for forgiveness. Thank you.

I am student of Kc college FYBMS . Our cricket team had participated in Mumbai University cricket tournament 2014-15 and we played 4 matches . According to MU rules the colleges has to give ₹100-150 allowance to each player of the team for per match he has played . Accordingly, we have played 4 matches so a single played should get ₹400-600 allowance but Kc college has given only ₹50 per played that is total of only ₹200 . Sir/madam this is unfair with the team members . The other colleges gave atleast ₹100 to their players on the same day of match .

My name is ANSON ALMEIDA from Shri Chinai College of Commerce and Economics of TYBAF . I have been given ZERO for my internals of FA-5 (SEM-5) by my results declared by the Mumbai University. My college told me that I have been given marks by them for internals in FA-5. But due to some mistake it has not come in the results . My college has also given a letter to mumbai university to make the required changes. I request you to act upon it immediately and make the required changes in my results. Thanking You.

Hello, I have passed BMS in the month of May 2014 from Sydenham college of commerce and economics. I want to bring to your information that during 6th semester examination, university did not send me the Hall ticket due to which i had to come from churchate all the way to kalina to take the hall ticket which was two days before my exams. i thought that the university will consider this on priority but i at 11 am they said the same will be given as soon as possible. But, i received the hall ticket at 5 pm. One full day was wasted like this. Its not still over. When the results of 6th sem (TYBMS) were declared, my status showed 'fail' online, the reason being, the internal marks submitted by my college were not correctly updated by the university. I have submitted all the required documents to get the new marksheet from the university for which i have been following up since august 2014. whenever i call up in the exam department, they say that you have to come and see if the marksheet is ready as we can't tell you over phone. I am an outstation student(indore) and can't travel very frequently. still, looking at the attitude of the exam department staff and also seeing my college applications getting rejected due to the unavailability of the marksheet, i came to mumbai on 31st jan and enquired. the attitude was still the same and they told that the whole file has gone for binding so come back again. It is an irony for me that i have been treated like this in spite of getting 2nd rank in my college(in BMS all semesters) but unable to apply for further studies because the university will entertain me only when i show them the face every alternate week. It is a sincere request to please kindly look into the matter and resolve the same as the earliest. I can give you all the required details as and when you need. Thanks so much.

DEGREE in the year 2000. I received my LL.B. degree and registered in the roll of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. However, I have till date not received my B.A. DEGREE -1990 on the pretext of 'result held up in RR. inspite of clearance of my SY B.A. examination. Sir, Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa Bar Council has asked me to submit B.A. Degree. Sir, I approached twice in Convocation Department for B.A. Degree for which I have paid fees long back. I again approached on 19.12.2014 for my B.A. Degree. I came to know that the Convocation Department have not at all issued my B.A Degree. And therefore the Convocation Department has asked me to fill up new Application Form along with F.Y. Respected sir/madam I am ex student of Bsc physics, passed out in 2014 from hazarimal sonami college bhavans chawpatty (mumbai university).All students of new course has getten there convocation certificate. I am asking for my convocation the college peoples are saying that mumbai university has not given the convocation and when they will give we don't kown. The mumbai university provide the convocation wihin a six months but its more than a six.
