My name is S Ramasubramanian. I was a resident of C 196, First Floor, C Block, Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon.

The subject bill dated 22.05.2021 was issued for a total of Rs. 8430 with a due date for payment as 31.07.2021.
I paid the full amount and accordingly you issued a receipt dated 29.07.2021 for the full amount of Rs. 8430.
However, later on, the entire billing was reviewed and my above invoice was revised in August 2021 from Rs. 8430 to Rs. 6420 with the revised due date of 16.08.2021.
Since I had already paid the full amount of Rs. 8430 before the original due date itself, a sum of Rs. 2010 excess paid needs to be refunded to me.
However, I have not received any refund of the amount paid in excess (Rs. 2010) by me.
Kindly arrange to refund the amount to me at the earliest. On your confirmation I shall provide you my bank account details to enable you to transfer the sum of Rs. 2010.
In case, you have already refunded or adjusted the above amount in any way, kindly send me the details with copies of documents to enable me to reconcile my personal account accordingly.
Municipal Corporation Gurugram [MCG] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Despite reminders on emails and twitter and having posted the complaint here too, MCG is totally silent and do not have the courtesy even to acknowledge the communications. Totally deplorable attitude by the elected and appointed officials at the corporation. Does this need escalation to Chief Minister Office too??
