Dear Team,
The Garbage Collection Team is not picking garbage from my area since 3rd October after collecting monthly fees from each houses. Even in September month they were not regular and many a times the stray dogs throw the garbage on road which become very unhygienic. This is happening after a recent change in staff of garbage collection team. Please look into this matter and take urgent action....

I have sent a request on dated 20.9.22 to update my mobile no in property tax site.Morethan 20 days has passed but no action has been taken by the deptt.I want to clear the property taxdues.Please look intothe matter.

This complaint is regarding the waste management. It has been 3 days that the waste is not collected in our area piles of garbage is increasing everyday. Kindly provide immediate solution for the problem.

It has been some time since MCG took over Ardee City, but there has been no improvement in Roads, Drainage Systems & Parks. This shows their utter negligence. They Should take SOME ACTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE....

Sir i have been trying to get new id for this vacant plot in sec 57 for last 20 days have requested lower official of mcg office sec 34 to help me in getting new id but all person are asking money for getting new id mcg site is not working for last 10 days and mcg official are not taking my file manually and asking for bribery...

My house is 543; sector 15 Part 1.
There is sewage hole is in front of my house. This is not covered properly and require repair work. Actually 2 or 3 days back sewage person came as flow of sewage was stopped of house in front of my house. They came and opened the sewage hole and arranged to clear the flow of that house. However during this process the sewage hole cover was removed but it could not placed properly covered. As a result...

School toilets get clogged frequently. Don't know where is the blockage. Please solve. Children suffer a lot....

On subject cited above. Sewer water overflow on road from main hole
since 25/08/2022 to till date.After complain two times on action will be
teken.you are requested to do needful.

Date 09/09/22 se sewerage ka pani road pr nikal raha hai.3 din ho gaye h koi bhi dekhne nhi aaya location shivaji nagar main road sec 11 near sham sweets.
Please kafi Ganda pani nikal rha hai or bimari na feil jaye ye darr satta raha h humhe...

In our are its been 3 days no one has come from MCG to repair sevage. Sevage water is no filling up the road and its water is also coming in our homes. People are having problem to go through it. Its also causes many diseases.Please repair it asap....

One Street light is not working at this location. Despite multiple complaints still it's not corrected by MCG. Please resolve the issue by installing new street light immediately....

No water. Rakesh does not give any clear reason. back to back problem. Sometimes forget to on motor, sometimes no supply....
