I reside at idgah hills near water filter plant bhopal we dont have a working street light in our area its fully dark at night i have called the authorities ample number of times they just give me a new contact everytime i call them the street light isnt working since last 6 months i have also called nagar nigam office they dont pick our calls as per smart city led lights have been installed all over the area bt in our ward they havnt installed any led lights even when they are energy efficient i have filed online complaints bt they are not resolved every individual in nagar nigam blame each other n the complaint keep revolving from one to another bt they are not resolves we have been facing this issue from a very long time bad roads large stone have been quarreled on the roads no cleanliness on roads they dont even care about the persons life due to bad roads people every day we face accidental conditions here in our area i would like to request you kindly look into this matter n get all the work done bhopal comes under smart city even when led consumes less electricity they dont install it name of eng rajeev agnihotri he siad that it cant be installed n every time i call him he gives a new reason and he dont talk properly as well his mobile no [protected]

I have submitted application for my fathers death certificate on 14th august and done end number of follow ups with nilesh, this is online and should have done it with in 15 minutes as he was not doing anything. He has prepared it on 25th aug and given it to chhitar the other clerk for seal and sign, he asked me to pay the property tax and water tax first then only he will process further. My father never kept any tax pending and they all are aware about the facts, still i have paid the advance tax for 2018-19. Mr chhittar would have given it by putting the seal as this is system generated certificate and do not require signature but he has not given it and kept it with himself, on discussion o[censored]rgency and past instances of signing such certificates by himself, he abused and kept the certificate with himself.in absence of cmo someone should have given the certificate with in 2-days. Still certificate is pending. This is harassment and misuse of government facilities by such government employees. I expect strict action against such useless employees.

Complicated regarding garbage damp and not clean sewerage water flow block also open main hole. I was booked complain on swachhta app and waiting till now but complain not solved so why should on that parson not attending problem. Please resolved this problem as soon as possible.

There are several stray dogs in type-3 b sector piplani bhel colony adjacent to sarangpani jheel which are causing problems to all people of society. They keep barking at pedestrians. They chase children whether small or teenage while they are playing or roaming at street. Many people are complaining but no response or solution has been made by bmc. They kill babies of pigs which cause very foul and unhygienic condition. They keep on barking day and night which is huge source of stress for people of locality. They defecate (Excrete) in our gardens. Recently they even bite one girl of age about 8 years.
Kindly please look into the matter asap. From months we are complaining about this issue but no resort is made.

The sewage chamber outside the house of our neighbor is overflowing since last 2 days. All the drainage water is flowing on the road in front of e-8/49, akash ganga colony, near al-beik restaurant, shahpura, bhopal. Also the chamber cover is damaged which need to be repaired on prior basis.

Kindly get the work done at the earliest.

Respected sir,
I am doing this complain because me and my family get fed up of some dog and their babies staying in my home's stairs.
They are making noises, lots of smell and ruining things from last two days and it's really irritating.
I called to nagar palika but no one recieving call their.
Kindly respected you to do something and get them away from here.

Dear sir, at bodha temple situated at rishi nagar char imli bhopal, some people pray on mic with full volume every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. It disturb students from their study as well as to residents. Even though it is very difficult to talk each other during this time. It is continuous from last 2 months. I have residence at kamla nagar previous many years we are facing problem of drain water in road due to enchrochment over drain by all peoples. The result of this drain water flows very strongly over road & many times it comes under houses of few peoples like me. We are leaving here since last 30 years but now the situation is now verse. I request to visit the lane & clear the encroachment. Today the drain water comes our home through our sewage tank not by road. Its clearly shows that drains are choked thats why water flow overthrough our sewage tank. I request to please look into the matter asap.

The roads in bariagarh kalan are worsened with the dungs of cattles moving in the narrow lane where only single vehicle can pass through. Many accidents have happened due to this. During monsoon the situation gets more critical with plenty of potholes, opened drains and dungs of cattles.please relocate them to safer and hygienic place. So that residents can have clean and hygienic place and cattles can also stay in better conditions thus increasing the dairy farmers income.

Please take prompt action.

There is a large number of very big pothole in the road which create a large trouble to common people. So i request you to please do its construction as soon as possible. The construction of a commercial complex is in progress on my neighbouring plot at a - 7 tilaknagar near gulmohar colony e-8 extension main road to akriti eco city.
The owner has dumped construction material like metal and sand on the road side since last 1 month. This has blocked the road side drains causing rain and storm water flow blocked. This obstruction to rain water flow has created collection of rain water, debris and mud in my house earlier 15 days back.
Despite repeated requests from my side to the concerned person, the material has not been cleared this may cause again flooding in my house.

The main problem is unknown waste disposal policies in the area, because of this, the litter is heavily being deposited in the open areas by the residents of societies around. Which results in bad smell and view that is harmful for us. Moreover, it attracts various insects and microorganisms. My name is Leena Giri, a resident of Spring Valley, Katara Hills. I am writing this letter to complain you about litter problem in our neighborhood.

The main problem is unknown waste disposal policies in the area, because of this, the litter is heavily being deposited in the open areas by the residents of societies around.Which results in bad smell and view that is harmful for us. Moreover, it attracts various insects and microorganisms. Sometimes, in windy atmosphere, garbage is dispersed on the entire area, which makes it awful.

I am concerned about the safety and good health of my family members and residents of colony. Hence, I believe this problem should be solved as early as possible.

To address this problem, I suppose that the rubbish should be collected daily or at least on alternate days to prevent the accumulation of waste. As a responsible environmental officer, you have to look into this issue and implement stern rules to avoid these kinds of problems.

During raining season iliya broken by nagar nigam. All buses was enter to pick of students in kunjan nagar phase 1 but since 25 days no any bus entered because if puliya broken by nagar nigam.in this reason all student parents are struggling to drop the students on bus stop and school. We are facing a garbage issue as the garbage van didn't come for the garbage pickup in our locality for weeks.
We've already complaints this issue in the municipal corporation many a times but they didn't take any action on this matter. The garbage van only come for the garbage pickup once in a week.
Kindly look into this matter as it is really hard for us to be in a heap of garbage collected in our locality during monsoon.

There are over 10 stray dogs at my locality.
They bark all night which makes it impossible to sleep.
They roam all around the locality and there is risk of them biting us

Being a concerned citizen, i would like to draw your attention towards worst conditions created by residents of the colony.
There had been a construction going on in one of the house and has been completed before a couple of week, construction raw material, majorly tmt bars lying over the road which is holding heavy traffic.
Almost 25% of the total portion of road has been occupied by such tmt bars.
It is much disapointing that before a couple of days, a lady along with her son on a scooty was injured accidently due to those tmt bars and lead to much more minor accidents.

It is my humble request to bmc to take immediate action to eradicate such mis-management from colony as soon as possible.

Hello municipal corporation,
I am resident house no 379 vishwakarma nagar, bagsewaniya. There are approximately 6-7 stray dogs in my colony which are used to bark every time and tried to bit each and every person who are willing to walk or when come from anywhere dogs keep running behind the vehicle to bit which results in accident. Kids are also not able to play and stand out of their houses. It is a request to keep them away from the colony as they are dangerous...
